Wow! This is new. This is good. This is healthy. This is delicious. It is a salad dressing made from fermented tea leaves from Burma. The sauce is made here in Victoria in the Yarra Valley from fermented tea leaves, sesame, soy sauce and a load of other delicious natural ingredients. It is thick, tangy, smooth, clean tasting, not at all sweet and incredibly mouth filling and delicious.
