Wow! This is new. This is good. This is healthy. This is delicious. It is a salad dressing made from fermented tea leaves from Burma. The sauce is made here in Victoria in the Yarra Valley from fermented tea leaves, sesame, soy sauce and a load of other delicious natural ingredients. It is thick, tangy, smooth, clean-tasting, not at all sweet and incredibly mouth-filling and delicious. We love it on salad leaves, green veg and anywhere you’d use salad dressing. Mimi makes it herself to a recipe she remembers growing up in Burma when they would visit the monks outside Myanmar. It comes with a chum called Sunkist Crunch made of garlic and fried beans and peanuts. Super crunchy and super delicious. Perfect to sprinkle over salads.
