We love the wines of the Pyrenees. They are so close to us here that we have a natural affinity with them, especially Blue Pyrenees. At this time of the year there is a lot to celebrate and commemorate and a glass of bubbles is the traditional way to celebrate the great things in life such as the Spring Racing Carnival, footy finals, life milestones and loved ones. Blue Pyrenees Cuvée Riche is a fine salmon pink sparkling with fine bead and an aromas of red apples, cherry and brioche. In the mouth it is delicate and mousse-like with strawberries and cream flavours. It is sweeter than the bone dry Champagnes and can be served as a dessert wine.
